Stubborn Bastard.

Two Days after not being able to move from my back pull and I'm back at it.  I have no intention whatsoever of canceling my training.  I need it.  I love it. However, I am not gonna push so hard.  Listen to my body.  Stretch.  I don't need any more warning pains.  I am not 19.

Ok, that being said, my plan is to try to do pulling movements in the morning and pushing at night.  One or two or three sets, so I will have to make everything count.  Chasing volume is not for me.  I will chase better.

Jerks @ 20 kg                 10 min @ 10 rpm (94 reps, not a PR, but not bad)

          @ 28 kg                  3 min @ 8 rpm (maybe 20 reps)
(this was not a great set.)

V-Bar  @ 90#                     3 x 2 (l,r)
          @ 95                       singles (l,r)
          @ 100                     singles
          @ 105                     singles         PR weight

Grade 5 Bolt                     fail.
