Jerks @ 24 kg x 2       1.5 min @ 6 rpms (these sucked, however, the overload gave me the best set I've done with the 20's )

Jerks @ 20 kg x 2        4 min @ 8 rpm  (great explosiveness, but I get too amped up, gotta use rest time to RELAX!!!!!)

Still Going....

Been training, just not recording... does that mean I actually did anything?  My friend Alain has helped me with my swings and I could really feel the pendulum motion.

Frustration & Continuation.

I have to be realistic.  After 12 hours in a 100 degree kitchen... 10 min sets are just not in the cards.  Soooooo.... I will try do some shorter sets just to get my strength up... little by little.
