Frustration & Continuation.

I have to be realistic.  After 12 hours in a 100 degree kitchen... 10 min sets are just not in the cards.  Soooooo.... I will try do some shorter sets just to get my strength up... little by little.

Jerks @ 20 kg x 2                     3 min @ 6 rpm x 2
                                                 2 min @ 6 rpm

         @ 28 kg                           3 min @ 8 rpm
                                                 2 min @ 8 rpm

Swings @ 24 kg                         35/35  (good swings... + 5 every week... no cheating, no forcing)

total kg:       4720
