My Day Off.

Really wanted to do deadlifts on my day off, but they didn't test well.  Snatch did.  Set a decent PR.

Snatch @ 16 kg           8 min @ 12 rpm (48/48 - PR)

Jerks @ 28 kg             3 min @ 8 rpm (PR)
                                   2 min @ 8 rpm

         @ 24 kg             6 min @ 8 rpm (PR time, PR reps)


Swings @ 20 kg           60/60/30/30/15/15/10/10/5/5 (PR)

Total Kg: 8608
